反修例爭議持續，多間大專院校學生會代表昨表示，不能接受政府暫緩的決定，故今日將進行「三罷」，盼以罷工、罷市和罷課，迫使政府回應訴求，並要求收回上周三衝突的「暴動」定性等，行動獲多間小店響應；另社工界今亦發起罷工集會，呼籲無法參與的同行加入「白巾行動」。
