扶貧委員會今日召開大會，委員聽取一個智庫組織講解全民性退休保障方案，65歲長者月入不多於5000港元及資產不多於5萬港元，可領取公共退休金3200港元；如入息和資產比例超出規定則相應減少金額，長者最少可領取1235港元。
