律政司司長鄭若驊在屯門海詩別墅獨立屋的僭建風波，她回應時稱無對大宅作改動，僭建物在買入時已存在。《蘋果》翻查地政總署測繪處的高空圖片，發現加建天台玻璃屋、地下改動的外牆等僭建物在上手業主、建築師梁世雄持有大宅時已存在。

測量師學會前會長何鉅業，看過航拍圖片和兩間大宅於1993年入伙時的平面圖則後指，圖則並無標示兩間大宅有玻璃簷蓬，如大宅入伙後無另獲屋宇署批准改建，則該三個疑似玻璃簷篷，很可能屬於僭建物，必須清拆。
