港交所（0388）上周五收市後公布敲定納入同股不同權企業在主板上市，有關方案建議容許業務成熟並預期市值最少達100億元的新經濟公司上市，董事只需持有9.1%股權便可保留話事權。港交所表示將於明年3月公布相關細則，並就修改上市規則諮詢市場，行政總裁李小加預計，本港最快或於明年暑假迎來首間同股不同權的新股上市（IPO）。
