兩名湖南籍「鎅褲黨」男子於今年3月持雙程證抵港，他們登上一輛巴士後涉嫌鎅爛男乘客褲袋以偷取款項7000多元，被警員當場拘捕，並搜出十一塊刀片。法官今於區域法院裁定二人盜竊罪成，考慮加刑因素後被判囚27個月。
